Introduction

Since the beginning of the computer age, art education funding has seen a dramatic decrease. It has happened to almost every school in the U.S including The University of Kentucky. The funds have instead been allocated to Science in Math majors in order to bring more money into the college. Our group supports art education funding not only because of it's cultural benefits; but also because there is strong evidence supporting the fact that by taking art classes, students will also do better in their other classes because of the development of creative thinking skills
